The Buckeye 8 Conference held its first ever Girls Golf Tournament at Beaver Meadows on Wednesday. The one day individual tournament saw 19 girls participate from Barnesville, Beaver Local, Brooke, Harrison Central, and Martins Ferry with the top 5 placers being named All Buckeye 8. Beaver Local had a great day with two placing All Conference, McKenzie Ash placing 3rd with a 88 and Mya Anderson placing 4th with a 90. The Beavers also had three other golfers place inside the top 10 with Brenna Jones 97 (6th), Addison Hoppel 99 (7th), and Emilie Druschel 101 (8th). The Girls Golf Team will be back in action Monday at home vs Poland
