The Beaver Local Boys Golf team traveled to Trumbull Country Club on Monday to participate in the Warren JFk Invitational. The Invitational played host to over 20 teams from all over Northeast Ohio, and the Beavers held their own by placing 8th in the team standings. The highlight of the day was Freshman Eli Stewart who fired a 73 (+3) that earned him Runner Up Status on the day in the Individual standings. Rounding out the individual scores for the Beavers was Britton Hickman 87 (43), Brady McNear 90 (50), Nathan Pusateri 91 (54), and Andre Wiegand 92 (59). The team will be back in action today as the travel to Warren for the Howland Tiger Invitational at Old Avalon.
