The Beaver Local Girls Golf Team kicked off the 2026 season season with a visit to Valley Golf Course to take on the Columbiana Clippers. The team started strong but could not get it done in the end falling 187-196. For the Beavers, McKenzie Ash led with a 47, while Brenna Jones and Mya Anderson each firing a 48. Also contributing was Carlee Crabtree with a 53, Emilie Druschel 57, and Addie Hoppel 58. The team will look to keep progressing on the season as they visit Minerva for an Invitational today at Great Trails Golf Course.
